Do You Need Sod or Grass Seed at Your Home or Lake Place?

We do broadcasting/drill/sod here at Express Edging. We also can offer hydroseeding, as well.

We have been doing sod and just regular seeding for many years. We know how to analyze each property for: sun/shade, sprinkler systems, wash spots, etc. We can help determine the best product for each yard. For example, some jobs we would not recommend sod because there is no sprinkler system or enough sun to allow that sod to grow and a broadcast. In this case, a drill seeding application would be the more efficient way to go on that project. Sod is instant gratifications and hydroseed sometimes leads to the best product.

We have been around the area for a long time, and we understand what type of grading is needed to get the water to drain away from structures and into areas where it is acceptable. We also use erosion control to allow the best growth for the grass.
